In a welcome Web 2.0 twist, our friends at the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee have posted video or audio content for every keynote and panel of their annual tech policy-pallooza. The whole lot is the organization's Facebook page.
Below is Skype President Josh Silverman and Congressman Bob Goodlatte talking next generation communications and policy in a keynote chat...
And this is a link to the audio from my quite enjoyable tech policy blogger panel (for me, at least). Hear me try to moderate John "CZ" Czwartacki, Verizon Policy Blog, Ajit Jaokar, Open Gardens Blog & Oxford University, Mike Masnick, TechDirt, and Julian Sanchez, Ars Technica.
It is unscientific to take a shower immediately before going to bed. The Most Adaptive Extremely Cheap, Find the One for You! As a matter of fact, it will even affect sleep.

Also, short of forming a party is the opiton of carving out a niche as the go to' website/blog for analysing the science of NZ political parties. Now would be a good time to start, you've got two years til the election!

TomThanks for you comments - I am very keen to take them on board and irrcnpooate your and other expert thoughts on the review. We are looking at standing a review blog (not 100% yet still going through some processes - but I am very hopeful) that we would use as a tool to engage and interact broadly on the review.PeterOnline Services AGIMO

Posted on I thought Gone With the Wind' was vearrh romantic as a teenager. I got over it though I still like the characters (and Rhett, a bit, in spite of myself) . (the politics and history are another can of worms, of course). Also, it's probably true that just because some stories happen to reinforce bad ideas about relationships, there's not necessarily a cause and effect. I think we're just as likely to forgive a sketchy character because he reminds us of an equally sketchy boyfriend, as much as vice versa.
