There are serious and complex issues that companies face operating in markets like China that deserve thoughtful discussion and focus on future solutions. Unfortunately (and perhaps not surprisingly), this didn't seem to happen today at a hearing with a name more appropriate for a nation with no translation for "due process": "Yahoo! Inc.'s Provision of False Information to Congress".
