YouTube co-founder and CEO Chad Hurley says that if he messes up, this will end up on YouTube. You be the judge (naw, he didn't mess up). He does mention that he is a father of two and pumps up YouTube's community standards policing. Hurley also touts the democratizing power of YouTube and notes that 17 presidential candidate have a channel on the site. To back this up, Hurley runs a video that somehow must seem emblematic of this democratic-driving power mixed with the best of user-generated content inside YouTube. (Footage provided by C-SPAN).
